We aren’t a perfect church…there’s no such thing. But we are a group of people simply seeking to live out the love and freedom that Christ offers in order that all people can be found by the grace of God, filled by the power of the Holy Spirit, and freed to love like Christ. At CNC, our staff works as a team to see this happen. We are volunteer-driven, staff-lead, and board-approved.

Pastor Jonny is the lead pastor at CNC and has a heart for people to come to know Jesus. He recently celebrated his 10 year anniversary with his wife and they are parents to two girls. Check out his most recent sermon by clicking here.
Ryan McDermott
Executive Pastor

Pastor Ryan serves as our executive pastor, and also loves supporting college and young adults in their faith. He recently married and enjoys traveling and all things sports. Go Vols! Pastor Ryan received a BA in Religion from Trevecca Nazarene University in 2013, and also serves as the USA/Canada Southeast Field Youth Coordinator.
Jenny Little
Children and Family Pastor

Pastor Jenny ministers to our children and their families. Jenny has a love for kiddos and providing space for them to learn about Jesus. She enjoys crafting and being creative (like making slime!). Pastor Jenny graduated from Anderson University. After serving in multiple roles, she brings a variety of experience to our staff. Pastor Jenny received her ordination in 2025.
Caroline Lee
Associate Pastor
Caroline is currently attending TNU to work on her BA degree. She recently had the honor of receiving a minister's license from the East TN Nazarene District. Caroline spends a lot of time working on her farm and taking care of animals. Recently, she has been raising an emu named Wallen.
